 Busy Bees Property Services will:

1. Give you a set time for your cleaning, with a one-hour variance to allow for traffic and road conditions.
2. Complete all services described in the Service Plan included in the Service Quote. Each time service is provided, a signed and completed copy of the Service Plan will be left by the Service Personnel at a designated location for your reference.
3. Dispose of any chemicals in a utility or other sink that you designate.
4. Maintain keys and alarm codes in a fireproof safe at the above address in Grand Haven, MI.

Busy Bees Property Services will not:

1. Provide service to homes with unsupervised pets. Please crate or gate your pet.
2. Provide service during times that the property is occupied by unsupervised children or teen agers.
3. Operate any appliances or machinery within the property including dryers, stoves, trash compactors, operate your motor vehicle(s), throw circuit breakers or replace fuses.
4. Allow access to any other service provider including meter readers, UPS drivers etc.
5. Feed pets or clean up pet accidents.

We also do not:

1. Access your phone or answering system.
2. Exchange keys with anyone other than the contracted client (you).
3. Use any chemical or cleaning product not specified in writing.
4. Sell or share names, addresses, email addresses, or telephone numbers with any other company or organization. We protect the privacy of our customers.

Inclement Weather:

Busy Bees Property Services will provide limited, delayed or no service during incidents of inclement weather:
1. Limited or delayed service may occur in extreme thunderstorms, in dangerously cold or hot conditions, and in any city- or state-declared weather emergency.
2. All services during a period of inclement weather will be on an hourly advisory status depending on the driving conditions.

Payment Options:

1. You may leave a check or money order at the service location on the day of the service. Please make all checks and money orders payable to Busy Bees Property Services.
2. Please do not post-date checks or money orders.
3. You may mail a check or money order. Note that payments received after the due date are subject to late fees.
4. You may pay with Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover Card. We accept credit card payments through PayPal.com. Please ask for information on how to set up a free account with PayPal. PayPal is secure and encrypted for your protection.
5. For security reasons, we do not accept cash payments.

Late Payments:

If you receive billed service, the payments are due Net 15 days. If the payment is received beyond that time, a fee of $1.00 is accrued daily until the account is brought up to date. In the case of repeated late payments, Busy Bees Property Services reserves the right to terminate services. Additional fees may be imposed for returned checks or closed accounts. In such cases, you will be charged $39 for each returned check and any additional bank fees that are charged to us, as well as daily late fees that accrue until the account is brought up to date.
